This project involves a centuries-old farmhouse with a remarkable architectural appearance typical of the region, making it an object particularly worthy of preservation.
Limestone floors and granite paving
Architect DI Markus Marignoni supported the clients in their decision to breathe new life into the building - with fine limestone floors and paving stones from SCHUBERT STONE, which have been walked on for hundreds of years and look as if they have always been in the former farmhouse.

- 35m2 Marrone Rica limestone with antique patina in Roman bond on the terrace with panoramic view
- 186m2 historic granite plaster split in the historic courtyard
- 55m2 mixed-colored granite in peacock tail pattern in the barn
- 128m2 Limestone Marrone Rica patinated in Roman bond for kitchen/living room, entrance hall floors & steps
- 65m2 antique limestone (300 years old), slabs in various rectangles, mixed colors for wine cellar, lobby, anterooms, WCs
