In the living areas, the choice fell on a particularly fine wooden floor, a smoked and white oiled oak plank. The cantilevered steps to the upper floor were mitred in a block-like design and covered with the same oak planks.

For the washbasin in the luxury bathroom, a custom slab was made from a green-grey fluorite gemstone slab. Matching gray matt techno stone in 100 x 100 cm format was laid on the floor. The backlit amethyst gemstone slab as a stone wall in the WC is a real eye-catcher and is visually enhanced even further by the mirror.
