Entrance area, interior floors and kitchen of the Mediterranean villa
In the friendly, bright entrance area, paving stones meet limestone floor slabs and guide the owner and visitors into the interior. The stone façade of cream-coloured fine-rough limestone lends this villa a warm and Mediterranean aura. The cream-coloured limestone Crema Levante antique continues as a hard-wearing stone floor in the interior - and tastefully accentuates coloured walls, carpets and decorative objects. The kitchen worktops made of matt, cream-coloured quartz artificial stone are acid-resistant and scratch-proof. In the calming colour of beige, this light, single-coloured quartz artificial stone is an ideal basis for this kitchen - especially in combination with modern kitchen elements, wooden furniture and limestone flooring.
Bathroom, toilets and wellness area
The clients opted for a cream-coloured silk matt limestone in the master bathroom. This natural material enhances the floor as well as the bathtub and parts of the wall. In the wellness area on the top floor, a noble mosaic tile made of glass makes the floor and walls glow. Together with the parquet and the wood of the sauna, the mosaic radiates the finest elegance. A glass mosaic mural in one of the toilets is equally impressive. Here, too, the limestone WC floor provides an excellent substrate.
Mediterranean terrace and garden
The terrace floor of frost-resistant Levante Crema antique limestone and the natural stone walls of gneiss provide a neutral base for the colourful terrace furniture. The cream-coloured Levante Crema in the outdoor area is reminiscent of the colour of light sand and makes the green of the plants and the blue of the pool appear even stronger. Due to its light colour, this stone floor will never heat up and allows you to enjoy barefoot feeling the textures of the stone. Natural stone walls made of gneiss are both perfect demarcation elements and an impressive eye-catcher in the garden. Stone steps made of Levante Crema limestone in block design lend the stairway to the villa something majestic.
