VILLA M / WIEN

Natural stone literally plays a supporting role in this newly built classic villa - as it did in many villas in past centuries. Techno stone and glass mosaic were also used in the wellness area.

Natural stone in the living areas

Entrance halls, kitchens, WCs, staircases - all made of natural stone. For example, the beige-colored limestone Levante Crema, exclusively available from SCHUBERT STONE, with its velvety, fine-rough, color-reduced surface continues as a hard-wearing stone floor in the interior - and tastefully accentuates furniture and decorative objects. The kitchen worktops made of cream-colored granite are acid-resistant and scratch-resistant.

Techno stone in bathrooms & wellness areas

Hard-wearing, anti-slip techno stone is an ideal floor covering in the indoor swimming pool and the luxury bathrooms. On the wall in the swimming pool hall, quarry stone walls made of high-grade concrete with niches have become the central design element. Turquoise glass mosaic shimmers in the pool and shower.

Natural stone in outdoor areas

The patio flooring made of frost-resistant hard limestone in an antique fine-grey Roman bond and the limestone façade made of bush-hammered cream-colored limestone provide a neutral base for the colorful patio furniture. The cream-colored Levante Crema in the outdoor area is reminiscent of the color of light sand and makes the green of the plants and the ocher-colored gneiss walls appear even more vibrant.

Thanks to its light color, this stone floor will never heat up and allows you to enjoy feeling the structure of the stone barefoot. The natural stone walls made of gneiss are both perfect boundary elements and an impressive eye-catcher in the garden. Stone steps made of Levante Crema limestone lend a majestic touch to the staircase leading up to the villa.
