EXTERIOR WITH QUARTZ SANDSTONE
For the exterior of the villa, quartz sandstone with a rough split surface in elegant light gray was chosen, a frost-resistant, slip-resistant stone that is ideal as a pool edge stone and as flooring in the pool area and on the terrace of the luxury villa. Its natural elegance beautifully underlines the villa's perfectly thought-out garden design concept, while its robustness and weather resistance make it ideal for outdoor use.
INTERIOR WITH LIMESTONE AND CHEVRON PARQUET
Inside the villa, the clients opted for an anthracite-grey, brushed limestone that harmonizes wonderfully with the other flooring, such as parquet. Whether as flooring in the wellness area, luxury bathroom or staircase area of the stone staircase, the elegance and exclusivity of the limestone flooring lends this avant-garde villa in Vienna a feudal ambience characterized by generosity and exquisite style.
