Country house / Neusiedl
A former farm becomes a vacation home
The elongated courtyard area was fitted with original, sandblasted granite paving. This historic material underlines the rural flair and forms an authentic basis for the entire design. The adjoining pool terrace was given a non-slip techno stone floor with a harmonious color scheme that combines elegance and safety in one.
Material overview - quality, function & appearance
A deliberately varied mix of materials was used within the three parts of the building to give each area its own identity:
In House 1 warm oak country house floorboards dominate the living areas, complemented by techno stone in corridors, balconies and wet areas.
House 2 impresses with classic travertine flooring in the living areas and elegant ceramic wall tiles in the bathrooms.
In House 3 modern techno stone floors in the living room and on the terrace, combined with light blue wall tiles in the bathroom.
This deliberately chosen mix of natural stone, techno stone, wood and color surfaces creates a varied spatial experience that is both homely and prestigious.
Rural identity meets modern living quality
The combination of traditional natural stone, modern techno stone and warm wooden floors gives the country house ensemble a unique identity. The open room sequences, generous transitions to the outside area and the harmonious mix of materials create living spaces that invite you to linger and enjoy in equal measure.
Timeless mix of materials
Natural stone and engineered stone were deliberately used where they would have the greatest impact both functionally and atmospherically - in the courtyard, on terraces, in wet areas and in common rooms. The result is an ensemble that respects the original agricultural character of the location while offering modern living comfort at the highest level.
