Villa B. / Vienna

Limestone literally plays a key role in the interior and exterior of this Mediterranean villa - as it does in many private projects. Discover the Mediterranean villa furnished with limestone, mosaic tiles and quartz artificial stone.

INTERIOR

In the friendly, bright entrance area, paving stones meet limestone floor slabs and guide the owner and visitors inside. The stone façade made of cream-colored fine-rough limestone gives this villa a warm and Mediterranean feel. The cream-colored Crema Levante antique limestone is continued in the interior as a hard-wearing stone floor - and tastefully accentuates colored walls, carpets and decorative objects. In the wellness area on the top floor, an elegant glass mosaic tile makes the floor and walls shine. Together with the parquet flooring and the wood of the sauna, the mosaic radiates the finest elegance.

OUTSIDE AREA

The patio floor made of frost-resistant Levante Crema antique limestone and the natural stone walls made of gneiss provide a neutral base for the colorful patio furniture. The cream-colored Levante Crema in the outdoor area is reminiscent of the color of light sand and makes the green of the plants and the blue of the pool appear even more vibrant. Thanks to its light color, this stone floor will never heat up and allows you to enjoy feeling the structure of the stone barefoot. The natural stone walls made of gneiss are both perfect boundary elements and an impressive eye-catcher in the garden. Stone steps made of Levante Crema limestone in block design lend the staircase to the villa a majestic appearance.
