Villa W. / Vienna

After several appointments at SCHUBERT STONE, the client family was supported by architect Paul Richter and stone expert Thomas Schubert in selecting the right materials, coordinating them with each other and designing this luxury villa in Vienna entirely according to the client's individual ideas.

Natural stone in the living areas

In the living room next to the roof terrace, the original historic limestone brings a noble Mediterranean flair to this Viennese villa. In the entrance hall, the neutral and discreet Levante Crema hard limestone was used in an antique finish. The backlit pillar in the living room works with illuminated foil on reinforced concrete.

Baths & wellness areas, wine cellar

Hard-wearing, anti-slip Techno stone was used in the indoor swimming pool and luxury bathrooms. Murano glass mosaic was chosen for the indoor pool and showers. In the steam room, the backlit marble radiates an intimate light. Techno stone was combined with Murano glass mosaic in the bathrooms. The WCs were finished with glass mosaic images and combined with backlit onyx washbasins. The rustic wine cellar was fitted with original historic terra cotta flooring.

Natural stone in outdoor areas

The terrace floor and the stone steps in block design made of frost-resistant hard limestone and the limestone façade made of bush-hammered cream-colored limestone provide a neutral base.
