Travertine façade
The Travertine Mandorla facing brick forms the central design element of the plinth area. With its warm creamy beige tone, the characteristic travertine pores and the rustic, broken surface, it creates a lively façade appearance that radiates depth and Mediterranean elegance. The cladding blends seamlessly into the prestigious architecture and lends the building a refined, timeless character.
Elegant terraces & paths made of porcelain stoneware
The adjoining terraces and pathways were finished in light-colored Techno stone made of porcelain stoneware. The finely nuanced slabs emphasize the clear lines of the building and create a calm, high-quality overall impression - both in the covered arcade and on the open outdoor areas with a view of the greenery.
Granite garage entrance
Particularly striking is the use of Granite paving in the driveway. The lively grey of the natural stone provides a subtle color contrast to the warm colors of the Techno stone slabs and at the same time ensures a permanently robust, non-slip and weather-resistant surface.
